Build the institution before the infrastructure
Year-one priorities are a concept note, needs assessment, location study, legal analysis, child protection model, preliminary care and financial models, feasibility, fundraising strategy and an eventual masterplan. This is a planning sequence, not a claim of completed work.
An integrated ecosystem
Potential components include protection and residential structures, school, library, computer laboratories, technical workshops, vocational training, entrepreneurship, sport, recreation, culture, dining, gardens and agriculture, social services, psychological support, a spirituality space and preventive health.
Subject to study
Final programme, location, capacity, facilities and protection model depend on needs assessment, legal analysis, child protection studies, feasibility, financing and professional safeguarding standards. The Campus does not yet exist.
